4. Visa Disclaimer

• All visa decisions are taken solely by the concerned embassy, consulate, or immigration authority.
• Our role is strictly limited to documentation support and advisory based on publicly available rules.
• Refunds will not be issued for visa rejections, delays, or embassy decisions.

5. User Responsibilities

By using Visaafy, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information in all visa application forms and documents submitted through our platform.
• Use the platform only for lawful purposes, and not engage in fraud, misrepresentation, or misuse of services.
• Authorize Visaafy to prepare and submit visa applications and related documents on your behalf to embassies, consulates, or visa centers, where applicable.
• Ensure that all uploaded documents are legally obtained and free of copyright or confidentiality violations.
• Kehar Travel Services is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect information submitted by clients.

6. Service Scope

Visaafy provides visa assistance and document-handling services. This includes:

• Form preparation
• Document checking
• Submission assistance (where applicable)
• Customer support for visa-related queries

Visaafy does not guarantee visa approval, processing speed, or acceptance of applications by any embassy or visa authority.

7. Payment, Refund & Cancellation Policy

7.1 Payment

All fees listed on the platform are service fees for consultancy and processing support. Embassy or consulate fees, where applicable, may be separate. Fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in writing.

Payment & Razorpay Terms

1. Secure Payments

Visaafy.com uses Razorpay for secure online payments.

All transactions are encrypted and handled directly on the Razorpay platform.

We do not store:

• Card numbers
• CVV
• UPI credentials
• Passwords or banking details

2. Accepted Payment Methods

Payments can be made through:

• Credit or Debit cards
• UPI
• Net Banking
• Wallets
• International cards (subject to approval)

3. Transaction Responsibility

The user is responsible to:

• Ensure sufficient balance
• Avoid fraudulent payments
• Confirm payment details before processing

4. Failed Transactions

If your payment fails:

• Amount is usually auto-reversed by Razorpay
• Refund timeline: 5-10 working days (depending on bank)

5. Refund Processing via Razorpay

Refunds (if approved) are:

• Processed back to original payment method
• Subject to gateway and bank timelines
• Partial refunds may be applied based on processing stage

6. Chargebacks & Disputes

Users must:

• Contact our support before raising disputes
• Provide valid proof for disputes
• Cooperate in Razorpay investigation

False chargebacks may result in service blacklisting.

7. Payment Confirmation

Services begin only after successful payment confirmation.

7.2 Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Application fees are non-refundable once the application has been submitted to an embassy, consulate, or visa center.
• If you choose to cancel before submission, you may receive a partial refund, subject to administrative charges.
• Refund eligibility is decided solely by Visaafy and communicated within a reasonable processing timeframe.
• Credit card refund will be credited to you back in 3 days.

7.3 Cancellation

To request a cancellation, you must contact Visaafy support before your application is forwarded for processing.

8. Limitation of Liability

Visaafy will not be held liable for:

• Delays caused by embassies, government authorities, or courier services
• Loss of documents due to third-party handling
• Rejections due to inaccurate information provided by the user
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

9. Privacy & Data Protection

Your personal data is processed according to our Privacy Policy, using industry-standard security measures. Visaafy may share necessary information with embassies, visa centers, and trusted partners strictly for application processing.

10. Intellectual Property

All website content - including text, graphics, logos, and design - is the property of Visaafy. Unauthorized copying or distribution is prohibited.

11. Amendments to Terms

Visaafy may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Visaafy operates. Any legal disputes shall be handled according to local regulations.
