📄Valid Passport
Original passport (valid for at least 6 months beyond your return date). Minimum 2 blank pages. Attach copies of previous visas (if any).
📄Passport-Sized Photographs
Recent photos (usually 35mm x 45mm). White background. As per specific embassy photo guidelines.
📄Proof of Accommodation
Hotel bookings or invitation letter from host (if staying with family/friends). Airbnb confirmation or similar accepted in most cases.
📄Proof of Financial Means
Bank statements for last 3-6 months (stamped). Income tax returns (ITR) or Form 16. Pay slips (if employed). Sponsorship letter (if someone else is funding your trip).
📄Flight Reservation / Booking
Return ticket booking (do NOT purchase until visa is granted unless required). Proof of internal travel (trains/flights between cities if applicable).
📄Aadhar Card
Government-issued identity proof with current address.
📄Occupation Proof
If you are an employee: Last 3 months salary slips. NOC from Company.
If you are proprietor/owner of the company Company’s Original Bank statement of last 6 months Stamped from Bank. Company’s ITR of Last 3 years. Company proof (GST/ Incorporation certificate/Partnership Deed etc). Cover letter on company’s Letterhead.
If you are a student :Leave letter issued from School. School ID.
If you are retired: Proof of retirement. Pension statements for the last three months. Proof of regular income generated by ownership of property or business

Common Reasons for Visa Rejection
- Invalid Passport Damaged or expired passport. Passport not valid for the required duration beyond intended stay.
- Criminal Record or Security Concerns Any criminal background, even if minor. Being considered a risk to national security or public policy.
- Previous Visa Rejections or Overstays Past refusals for the same or another country. History of overstaying or violating visa terms.
- Insufficient Financial Proof Bank balance is too low to cover the trip. No evidence of regular income or stable financial status. Inconsistent or suspicious financial documents.
